The Continental/AA League is the first level of competitive baseball, although the focus continues to be on instruction and teaching the foundations of the game. There are required substitutions a running batting order and two innings of mandatory infield play. There is a minimum of 3 practices/games per week. A hard baseball is used, and there is player-to-player pitching. This league introduces competitive play, and recognizes a league champion after an intra-league post-season playoff.

Uniform & Equipment:
TLL supplies team jersey, with team name, pants, socks and cap. Player purchases cleats, baseball glove and helmet .

Typically, AA teams have 3 to 4 events in a week (2-3 games, 1-2 practices).
